2.) How old should my child be before using Menta Products

We recommend 3+ years of age.

3.) What if I had an allergic reaction to your product?

We recommend to discontinue use immediately and contact your physician. They can provide you details on what specific ingredient you may have had a reaction to.

4.) Why is the consistency different from the product I just ordered to the one I already have?

We use raw, mainly natural ingredients with no harmful chemicals. Due to the nature of the ingredients, the consistency and scent may slightly differ. 

5.) What is a pre-order? 

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that hasn't been released or is not currently in stock. They're shipped to the customer once available. Pre-orders allow customers to order products before they are available. Shipping with pre-orders may take longer than a regular order, estimated delivery time through pre-orders can be up to a month. If you pre-order an item, you have reserved it before the product can be sold out.

6.) Do you test products on animals?

We do not test our products on animals.

7.) Does your products work on my hair or skin?

Menta Products works great on a wide range of hair and skin textures.

 8.) What are your products made with?

Our products are infused with mainly natural ingredients to support moisture retention. A detailed list of ingredients can be found in the product description section of the website.  

9.) My hair has turned white after using a hair product. What should I do?

Everyones hair porosity level is unique to your particular hair type. Porosity relates to how dense or porous something is and when used to describe hair often relates to the ability of your hair to retain moisture. Your hair may display a temporary whiteness If its on the lower porosity scale.  When used correctly, the styling products will melt and infuse into the hair strands within minutes. We highly recommend you shampoo hair weekly to prevent gels, creams, and other styling products from building up on top of the hair, we also recommend you to use less product if this happens.

10.) What do you put in your products?

Menta uses only natural ingredients, the only exception that we allow for our products of anything synthetic would be our preservatives. Unnatural preservatives are proven to work better than organic ones, keeping longer shelf life and a better job of not letting bacteria effect or get into the product, protecting you. All preservatives that we use are researched of causing no harm to anyone.

11.) What is proposition 65?

Even though we use organic ingredients we are required to give out a certain warning to any resident of California before we ship out their order. As a website and online store we put safety first and follow all protocols by the law.
